Fabulous condition, was never used, made in the c1930’s by a professional sign writer. Oak framed over glass front with gilded lettering on speckled blue background. Galvanised metal backplate. Makers label to the rear. Congo is a suburb/beach on the south coast of NSW, near Moruya. Lovely old sign that would grace any home that has an affinity with the name.
