Vintage Steel Hand Wound 40 Metre Surveyors Engineer Rule

Good used working condition. Ready to use or be displayed for a collector/ Hand retracted with the handle. Came from a surveyor who graduated in the 1920’s. 

Dimensions: 30-40m, 15-16cm diameter, 3cm thick, 1kg.
