Antique Dayton Style No. 166 Computing Scale, manufactured by The Computing Scale Co. (a precursor to IBM) circa 1910.
This is a specific Australian Export Model, featuring the original internal chart calibrated for pre-decimal currency (Shillings and Pence), marked "Aust. 2½d to 2/-". The "computing" drum still moves freely, allowing you to see the calculated prices based on weight.
